We test all electrical outlets, switches, and panels for proper wiring and grounding.

We test heating and/or air conditioning units for proper operation. We also examine all rooms and closets.

We make sure venting in attic is done properly as well as the proper insulation and test attic fans for proper operation.

We examine the roof to verify shingles are in good shape and that the flashing is in order and the chimeny is properly sealed and that there are no cracks.

We look at the water and sewage pipes to make sure there are no leaks or corrosion. We also examine to make sure the angles are correct and the location of the pipes do not interfere with other systems. We also look at the plumbing under the cabinets and sinks, showers and jacuzzi's to verify that there are no leaks and that drainage is properly installed.

We do a thorough inspection of the exterior to make sure there is no wall damage and the walls are sealed properly from the elements and insects. This includes doorways, garage entrances, cellar access and exterior walls.

We look for mold in closets and hidden areas.

We examine Soffits for water and animal damage.

We make sure that bushes are not too close to the house that allow termintes to gain a path inside.

We examine the exterior for damage including the windows and siding to insure there are no holes or rot.
